This is a small collection reflecting the different mostly legal work performed by Seth S. Fairfield in and around Biddeford during his early 30's, prior to embarking upon his long career as bank clerk in Saco and Biddeford. It is most interesting for showing legal cases presided over by Fairfield and others in York County in the very beginning of Maine statehood. |
