Amos Gordon, born circa 1743. Married Mehitable Goodwin of Berwick on 12 September 1781. Notes in this book indicate Amos Gordon was Constable in Biddeford about 1790. The Gordons lived in the Biddeford area for some years; Amos' date of death is not certain, but could be circa 1830. Mehitable died in Henniker N.H. in 1832, and her death record states that at that time she was a widow. |
