Description |
City Building, Main and Adams Street, Biddeford, 1888. At this time the Post Office and First National Bank were both located in the City Building, along with offices and the City Opera House. The rounded corner of the Thacher Hotel/Biddeford House is visible, without its portico. This shows the building both after the belltower was added and after the addition of electrical and telegraph/telephone poles to the city in 1887. |
