Grafton Lumber Company fire, Biddeford. The view shows the 4-story building with adjoining elevator tower, after the top floors had collapsed. The alarm was sounded at 8:30pm, March 20th and all-out was not rung until 44 1/2 hours later. One of the most spectracular blazes in local history.
