Thursday Club float in Biddeford's Tercentenary parade, September 16, 1916. The Thursday Club was a literary and educational club for middle and upper class women who lived in Biddeford. The ladies in the car included: Jennie Meserve; Ruby Gove; Mrs. Nathan (Maud) Kendall; and Helen Burnie. Paul Watson drove the car. |
