Rear of the City Building along Adams Street, Biddeford, 1912 or 1913. The Police Station entrance is on the right, and a uniformed policeman looks out the window. A billboard for the Opera House reads: "Afternoons at 2 - Evenings at 7. Just around the corner is the entrance to City Opera House. The home of classy vaudeville and exclusive motion pictures. A show for ladies and children." This picture shows the back of the building before the rear entrance from South Street to the second floor offices was built. |
